| The Sentry9000.PRPT - Production Report is based on the USDA format for daily production reports. it covers all age groups, provides meals served counts, type service and type meal. There is also a date filter so that past reports can be viewed. Changes is pre-scheduled number of meals can be made on the Menu List web site or on the handheld computer on the kitchen floor. The disposition of meals as leftovers, damaged or discarded is also entered on the PDA at the end of the production day.
The Total Masters column also provides the amount of ingredients to be pulled for that meal. This number can also be integrated with the MiChoice Technology E-Z Inventory for a perpetual inventory for ingredients. |
