The pricing is for software, implementation of the software and Internet and video training of personnel.  No computer hardware or WiFi equipment for implementation of the S9k HACCP app or web site is associated with the quote.  It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase computer hardware with the specifications necessary to meet the requirements of the Sentry9000 software, and have WiFi available. WiFi provides Real-Time data input and review on the web site.  The app will operate off-line, but does require WiFi access to sync data to server to populate the web site.  

The payment is due upon receipt of the app and the web site.  A complete 100% refund is available within the first 30 days.

The WiFi temperature sensors for coolers and freezers are available for purchase.  The temperature data is displayed on the same web site. Alarms and alerts for out of range readings or no signals being received is accomplished by visual, email and cell phone alerts. Installation is DIY with detailed graphic instructions, or installation can be made by Sentry9000 Inc. in TX, adjoining states and CA.  Purchase of WiFi temperature sensors from Sentry9000 Inc. requires payment in full for sensor and accessory costs to initiate project.  A restocking fee of 25% will be assessed for new, unused sensors being returned.  All other returns will be determined by the time and condition of the sensors.  There is a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on the equipment

The customer is required to provide wireless internet access for the handheld computers and the WiFi Temperature Sensors.  The installation of 802.11 WiFi sensors requires WPA2-PSK (AES) or WPA-PSK (TKIP) or WEP-128 security or mac address security or open security on the wireless access points. 

All data will be sent via the customer’s Internet connection to a server at the Sentry9000 Inc. off-site location.  The database for storage and data handling is proprietary software and is only housed at the Sentry9000 Inc. server locations.  Backups are made daily with a weekly backup stored off-site.

Training for the managers in the operation of the S9k HACCP and Food Safety System App is conducted by Internet training.  All Administration training for infrastructure development is conducted in the same format.  This will include training via systems such as GoToMeeting, videos available on the Internet and PowerPoint presentations made available to the customer from Sentry9000 Inc.

Customer access to the data is provided via Internet access on a secure web browser.

Annual Service Fee

·         Toll-free te24/7 telephone and email technical support for system software issues.

·         All universal system software upgrades.

·         Minor software changes that do not require a development project to be created.

·         Data storage for 5 years with daily backups and off-site backups.  A longer storage time is available.

All contracted work by Sentry9000 Inc. outside the realm of the described system, to include customer mandated modifications to the web site, database, or Sentry9000 software and other technical situations, will be charged at the hourly rate of $125.00. 

The agreement may be cancelled at any time by the customer with 30-day notice.  If the customer requests copies of the data with the cancellation of service, they will be provided at the current hourly rate.

Hardware Specifications

Android OS units

Currently Android phones and Android tablets are in use with the Sentry9000 system.  Phones change quite often as well as tablets.   

·         The tablets that are currently in use by Sentry9000 customers and performing well are the Asus Google Nexus 7, Amazon Kindle Fire, the Acer Iconia Tab A100 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab.

·         Additional Android 7” tablets are made by Archos, Coby Kyros and others.  Android Smart phones may also be used.

·         This is a dynamic product and the market reflects this as quality gets better with newer products and prices change with new additions to the marketplace.

OS other than Android

An app has not been developed for any other OS.  However, the Sentry9000 software can be used on any tablet, smart phone, netbook, laptop, desktop, or other unit that has an Internet browser.  This includes Blackberry, Apple, Palm and Windows devices.  The forms are used as web forms.
