Inra-red/Probe Thermometer with Blutooth Technology for automated, wireless capture and transfer of temperatures.
The S9k digital food safety system. The thermometer features both Infra-red for taking surface temperatures, as well as a K-connector probe for taking internal temperatures.
The temperature data is transferred from the BIRTT to an Android tablet containing the S90k HACCP & Food Safety App. The temperature data is then submitted via WiFi to a customized, secure web site for easy viewing as well as recording of Incidents of Out of Range temperatures taken.
The data is time-stamped, date-stamped with the employee’s digital signature for verified documentation. This eliminates the need for paperwork and clipboards, as well as eliminating and minimizing employee errors.
